Work Trials / Host Placement

Work trials and Host Placements are excellent ways to facilitate a gradual return to the work force in a supported environment. Workcom have specialist recruitment and marketing Consultants with extensive employer contacts to access work trial and host placements. Workcom has a multidisciplinary and comprehensive approach to ensure all relevant assessments and insurances are in place prior to proceeding with a placement. Throughout a placement, Workcom will also monitor the client’s progress via contact with employers and clients, including worksite visit if required.
