The Promise & The Pathway

At Workcom, CSP means more than one thing — and that’s entirely by design.

It represents both our Customer Service Promise — the principles, outcomes, and values that define how we stand apart in the industry, underpinned by our brand promise of Better health, together, and our Connected Service Pathway — the way we bring that promise to life through our delivery model.

Together, these two expressions of CSP reflect who we are and how we work: a provider as committed to outcomes as it is to experience.

For Life Insurers, our Connected Service Pathway unites every service delivered through Workcom’s infrastructure and governance model, providing a single contractual foundation, consistent quality standards, and a seamless experience for customers and claims teams alike.

All Connected Services are available to Life Insurers through Workcom’s medEbridge portal or usual referral processes, ensuring all referrals are fast, efficient and simple to manage.

  • 7. Do Workcom Consultants provide health and wellbeing support?

    7. Do Workcom Consultants provide health and wellbeing support?

Do Workcom Consultants provide health and wellbeing support?

Workcom delivers wellbeing support as part of a holistic rehabilitation pathway. Aligned with our promise of Better health, together, we focus on building whole-of-person capacity and confidence to support recovery and sustainable RTW. Wellbeing is integrated throughout the rehabilitation journey, alongside vocational planning, functional and work-capacity development, clinical coordination, psychoeducation, and behavioural activation. This ensures individuals progress to a point where they can meaningfully engage in work-readiness and RTW goals when the time is right.

  • 8. What’s the difference between Workcom’s wellbeing support and Uvida’s programs?

    8. What’s the difference between Workcom’s wellbeing support and Uvida’s programs?

What’s the difference between Workcom’s wellbeing support and Uvida’s programs?

Uvida provides a stand-alone, fixed-term behavioural-health coaching program, supported by a digital platform, for individuals who are not yet ready for structured RTW planning. The Uvida model blends evidence-based behavioural science, accountability tools, and one-to-one coaching to build lifestyle and wellbeing foundations — focusing on habit formation, routine, motivation, and confidence

Uvida’s program complements Workcom services by offering a dedicated lifestyle coach, separate from the Rehabilitation Consultant, who supports behavioural change in a structured and goal-based format. This creates the activation and readiness required for a seamless transition into Workcom’s recovery-to-work pathway once the individual is prepared to engage.

Uvida is particularly valuable when someone:

    • Is not yet ready for structured RTW steps or planning
    • Has seen recovery/ RTW stall due to health, lifestyle, or motivation barriers
    • Would benefit from a clear, goal-based program with defined start-and-finish points
    • Will likely respond well to coaching supported by digital tools for self-monitoring of progress
    • May benefit from a dedicated health coach separate from their Rehabilitation Consultant
  • 9. Do Workcom and its partners deliver services beyond Life Insurance?

    9. Do Workcom and its partners deliver services beyond Life Insurance?

Do Workcom and its partners deliver services beyond Life Insurance?

Yes. Workcom and its specialist partners also deliver rehabilitation, recovery, and return-to-work services beyond Life Insurance — across other personal injury schemes such as Workers’ Compensation, and DVA, as well as directly to businesses and organisations seeking workplace health solutions.

Our Connected Service Pathway and Partner Framework are currently purpose-built and operationalised specifically for Life Insurance, reflecting the governance, quality standards, and contractual structures unique to that environment.

That said, the model is fully adaptable. If you’d like to understand how we operate independently within other schemes or settings, or explore how a combined framework like ours could be deployed in your scheme/ organisation, we’d be happy to discuss what that could look like — the framework is primed and ready for expansion wherever shared values and outcomes align.
