This information is collected directly from clients, or where lawful and appropriate, from other sources. We take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

Our staff are trained in privacy and confidentiality and are bound by strict confidentiality requirements. We only disclose personal information for the primary purpose for which it was collected, or for a directly related secondary purpose, or with the individual’s consent. We may also be required to disclose information by law.

Clients have the right to access their personal information, and to request correction of any personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date. Requests for access or correction should be made in writing to our Privacy Officer.
