Workcom allied health professionals have received specialised training and qualifications in the delivery of the Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP).
PGAP is an evidence-based program that aims to prevent or reduce the severity of disability associated with musculoskeletal conditions, depression, cancer and other chronic health conditions or injuries.
PGAP is designed to assist people struggling with a wide range of medical and mental health issues that:
- may have persistent pain that is preventing participation or completion of day-to-day activities; and / or
- may have resulted in feeling helpless, lost and disempowered and unable to find a path forward.
“We are proud to have a number of our consultants trained and qualified in such a high quality program like PGAP. We believe it adds to our team’s ability to provide outstanding rehabilitation to our clients” said Paul Stokes, CEO. “The convenience of being able to be delivered online via telehealth and videoconferencing or face to face improves the access to this service for our clients.”
